One of my close friends had an unpleasant encounter with a bitchy customer on her online store just recently...
I told her to put up with it as best as she can.. after all bitch or not shes still a possible customer, but that got me thinking...

Why are there so many bitchy people out there so eager to make you feel like shit?

I admit I can be a bitch myself sometimes but only if provoked. There is no need to make people people feel bad when they don't deserve that attitude from you...

I'm proud that in the end my friend replied with as much politeness as she could muster...
